In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 To register and use bata77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on this platform.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds on bata77.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of bata77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law that is applicable to you personally.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether initiated by yourself or by bata77.

2.2 bata77 primarily serves players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform of your own volition and that it is your personal responsibility to determine whether doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bata77. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, including winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name, valid email address, date of birth, and any other fields marked as required. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. bata77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. bata77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account may be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular activity;
• The account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Users;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to take such action.

4.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, bata77 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be waived.

4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-colour photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport. The document must be valid (not expired), unobstructed, and fully legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government cor respondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name. For BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other local bank transfers, a screenshot of the mobile banking account details screen is typically sufficient.

4.3 bata77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the KYC process if our compliance team determines that further verification is necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

4.4 All KYC documents are handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

5.1 Accepted Methods. bata77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bata77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

5.3 Own Account Requirement. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not accepted and will be refunded. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account suspension.

5.4 Processing Time. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your bata77 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Local bank transfers are typically credited within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Transfers initiated outside these hours may be credited the next business day.

5.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not reflected in your bata77 balance within the timeframes above, please contact support immediately at [email protected] with your transfer receipt. Do not re-attempt the deposit before receiving confirmation from support, as this may result in duplicate transactions.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, provided that: (a) your KYC verification has been successfully completed; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) your account is in good standing with no pending investigations.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.

6.3 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid instruments), bata77 will process the withdrawal to a verified bank account registered in your name.

6.4 Processing Timeframes. Withdrawal requests are typically processed as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 5–30 minutes after approval, 24/7.
• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): 5–60 minutes during banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees. bata77 charges zero platform-side withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with receiving the transfer are beyond our control and are your responsibility.

6.6 Withdrawal Refusal. bata77 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or under review; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; or (c) the withdrawal request appears inconsistent with the User's normal account activity and requires additional compliance review.

7.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bata77 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this clause, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. As a general guide, sports betting bonuses carry a turnover requirement of 5x to 10x the bonus amount, while casino slot bonuses typically carry a requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Please review each promotion's specific terms before claiming.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus offer may be active on a User's account at any given time. Players may not claim a new bonus until all wagering requirements associated with any existing active bonus have been fully satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. bata77 actively monitors for bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same first-deposit or welcome bonus more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to place offsetting bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (known as "bonus hunting" or "arbing");
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements without engaging with the platform in good faith;
• Using Bonus Funds on games that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution, as specified in the promotion terms.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation. bata77 will send a reminder notification via email before a bonus expiry date where technically feasible.

8.1 General. All bets placed on bata77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. Where market-specific rules conflict with these general Terms, the market-specific rules shall take precedence.

8.2 Sports Betting. bata77 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to: BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers. The following general sports betting rules apply:

• Bets are accepted until the stated market suspension time for each event. In-play bets are subject to real-time market availability.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three (3) selections. A single selection being voided reduces the accumulator to the next applicable combination.
• Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets use standard half-ball and quarter-ball handicap lines. Specific settlement rules are published in the sports betting help section.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, unsettled bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and played within 72 hours of the original scheduled kick-off.

8.3 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on bata77 follow official published draw schedules and results. bata77 is not responsible for delays in official draw results caused by third-party lottery operators.

8.4 Live Casino. Live casino games hosted by Evolution Gaming and other licensed studio providers are subject to those studios' game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. bata77 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions during live casino sessions caused by factors outside our control; however, bets confirmed by the server prior to any interruption are valid and will be settled according to the game result.

8.5 Voided Bets and Obvious Errors. bata77 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure. 9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bata77. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in a report being filed with relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Deception: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person; using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one bata77 account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, or any form of automated software to place bets, manipulate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live casino games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any product on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using bata77 to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. bata77 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations relating to money laundering.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from bata77 without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any bata77 software;
• Use the bata77 brand, name, or logo in any commercial context or in a manner that could cause confusion or reputational damage.

11.3 Unauthorised use of bata77's intellectual property may constitute a criminal offence and/or give rise to civil liability. bata77 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of any such unauthorised use.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bata77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

12.2 bata77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 bata77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bata77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.1 bata77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide advance notice of at least 7 calendar days by posting a notice on the bata77 homepage and/or sending an email to your registered address before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of bata77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

13.3 Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bata77 holds its operating licence. Where Indonesian consumer protection laws confer rights on Indonesian residents that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are preserved and are not limited by this clause.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. bata77 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly at the informal stage where possible.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of your initial complaint being lodged with bata77, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative action against bata77.
